Mermaid Globe

Hello friends!  Today I'm sharing a fun crafty project I just finished up for a friend who loves mermaids.  This project is fast and easy so beginners and kids can easily make this.

You will need a few supplies for this project, you can save money by buying most of these items at the dollars store, however you will have to purchase the
mermaid and paint at the craft store.

You will need a small clay pot as well as the matching tray, acrylic paint, sponge paint brush, glass stones, a glass vase, seashells and
some larger glass pebbles. You will also need Helmar Craft and Hobby PVA Glue.

Start off by painting the pot and tray.  Set aside and allow to dry.

Using Helmar Craft and Hobby PVA Glue, apply this to the bottom of your painted pot and adhere the glass vase to the top of the pot.

Add same Craft and Hobby PVA Glue to the bottom of your mermaid statue and adhere it to the inside of the glass vase.

Add glass stones around the mermaid and to the bottom of the glass vase.

Time to decorate the outside. I used glass gems, seashells and a little welcome sign. Adhere glass gems around the bottom of the pot and clay tray using Craft and Hobby PVA Glue

I decorated the inside of the glass bowl with some small sea shells and a small welcome sign.

For the lid/small clay tray I added small seashells to the top.
