FabScraps New Collection Love Story

Hello friends!  Today I'm sharing one of the new collections from FabScraps called Love Story C116.  This beautiful collection has so many gorgeous papers and embellishments to coordinate with it.  This collection is perfect for wedding layouts, Valentines Day or any projects that want to show how much you love someone.  This is my first project with the collection. 

To create this layout you will need the following supplies:
FabScraps C116-002 Sealed With Kisses
FabScraps C116-004 This Heart Of Mine
FabScraps C116-007 Smile Laughter Love
FabScraps 2 sheets of 8x8 A4 Double Sided patterned paper the collection
FabScraps Carders Pack
FabScraps DS11 Stencil from the collection
FabScraps Envelope Stencil

Additional Supplies:
Flowers from your stash or you can make your own from the collection
2 different colors of Mists
Modeling paste

Directions:
1. Cut Sealed With Kisses C116-002 diagonally in half.

2. Adhere it to the top of the background sheet, This Heart of Mine C1216-004 and set aside.

3. Cut your Mats from 8x8 A4 sheets leaving 1/4" around each mat and the photo.

4. Cut a piece of cardboard to fit behind the matted photo.  Adhere the matted photo to the cardboard using a hot glue gun. Adhere to your layout in the upper left corner.

5. Using modeling paste and DS111 stencil push the paste through the flourishes as shown.  allow to dry or dry with heat gun.

6. Add mist to stenciled areas.

7.  Using a darker mist Add some splatters making sure your photo is covered.

8.Cut Strips from Smile Laughter Love C116 007 and fussy cut around the pattern.

9. Snip the fussy cut strips in smaller pieces and tuck under the diagonal cut Sealed with Kisses C116 002 and adhere as shown.

10.  Trace the Envelope Stencil onto and 8x8 A4 sheet of coordinated patterned paper and cut out.

11. Fold and adhere together and add a tag from the Carders Pack.  tie a piece of twine to the tag before adhering to the envelope

12.Adhere your envelope to the corner of the layout.

13. Add Tags from the Carders Pack to your envelope.  Fuzzy cut balloons.

14. Add Flowers and fussy cut ballons to your layout.
