Hello Friends! Today I'm sharing a fun home decor piece that is perfect for Fall holidays. November sure got her fast...this year is one that makes me look back with gratitude and be thankful for my blessings. I know many have suffered this year and I am just hoping that we can find a way to be thankful and Count our Blessings!
This project features the Creative Embellishments Large Leaf. This leaf is made from laser cut 3/16" thick plywood and is 11.32"w x 11.73"h. I added a few more Creative Embellishment pieces to decorate. I used the small doily from Doily Set 1, Count Your Blessings Quote and Cornucopia Set 1.
To alter the Leaf I added some modeling paste with a stencil and paste and then painted it with metallic copper acrylic paint and then embossed it with embossing powder.
to alter the chipboard pieces I colored them with chalk inks and then rubbed them with copper metallic rub.
To finish off this piece I layered patterned papers and flowers as well as buffalo checkered ribbon to give it a farmhouse feel.
