Hi friends! Today I'm sharing a fun envelope mini album with a sleeve to store it in. For years I've kept a day planner to keep my life organized and this is one of the storage covers and sleeves that comes with my planner sheets every year. I was wondering what to do with all of them and finally decided to cover one with patterned paper and embellish it with some beautiful
Leafy Corner Flourishes I had from
Gina's store.
To decorate the outside sleeve I covered it with patterned paper and stenciled it with a beautiful stencil created by one of my good friends. I painted my pieces of chipboard with a deep burgandy color and then highlighted it all with Inka Gold.
To finish off my pieces I added gold embossing powder and adhesive gemstones and flowers.
Here's a few additional photos of the inside of the album.
I hope you give this technique a try, it's fairly fast and easy and it looks beautiful when you're finished!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!!
Debbie
